To mark World Alzheimer’s Day (21 September), Basque Health Cluster is joining the Accexible campaign, which runs from 18 September to 2 October 2025.

The initiative seeks to raise awareness of the importance of prevention and early detection, highlighting a key fact: 1 in 3 cases of Alzheimer’s could be prevented with healthy lifestyle habits.

However, only a small percentage of diagnoses occur in the early stages, which hinders treatment and the quality of life of those affected.

Innovation for early detection

The campaign makes the testaccexible.com platform available to all citizens, where anyone can take a simple, non-invasive voice test free of charge.
This gesture contributes to social awareness and, at the same time, generates useful data for research into cognitive decline.

Commitment from the Basque Health Cluster

At BHC, we support projects that combine health and technological innovation and strengthen collaboration between agents to move towards a more preventive, efficient and people-centred healthcare system.

The campaign will run until 2 October 2025.
