On March 17–18, 2026 the 10th Bio-Health Meetings New Aquitaine – Basque Country – Navarra will take place in Bilbao, Spain — a key event to strengthen cross-border cooperation in the bio-health ecosystem of the Euroregion.
Jointly organized by Basque Health Cluster (BHC), Navarra Health Cluster (NHC), Alliance Innovation Santé Nouvelle-Aquitaine (ALLIS-NA) and the Euroregion Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Euskadi, Navarra, the meetings bring together companies, entrepreneurs, researchers and all innovation actors in health to create partnerships, exchange knowledge and develop collaborative projects.

2026 Euroregional Bio-Health Award
The event will feature the 2026 Euroregional Bio-Health Award, recognizing outstanding innovative projects in two categories: BioPharma and Health Technologies.
Each category awards €3,000 to projects with high innovation potential and Euroregional impact.
